Join us for an engaging walking tour that begins at Queenstown MRT station. Our route will take us through the picturesque Margaret Drive, where you will marvel at the impressive skyscrapers developed by the Housing Development Board (HDB). These iconic structures are not just architectural feats; they are also highly sought after, with residents reportedly receiving attractive offers when it comes time to resell. Margaret Drive possesses a unique charm that creates a welcoming atmosphere, making it a desirable place to call home.

If the group agrees, we will take a lift to the highest floor for a breathtaking bird’s eye view of the surrounding real estate. You will find that the entire neighbourhood embraces you with warmth and comfort. From this vantage point, we will embark on a short hike to Ridout Road, where you will experience a different kind of exclusivity. In contrast to the towering skyscrapers of Margaret Drive, Ridout Road offers a serene and private environment, showcasing a collection of elegant Black & White mansions and charming bungalows.

This walking tour highlights some of Singapore’s most coveted real estate, whether it be HDB flats or luxurious homes. Even a modest HDB flat holds its own value and appeal.

We will convene on Thurs, 1st May 2025 at 9am at Queenstown MRT. Upon your arrival, please take Exit B to your left, descend the stairs, and meet me at Taxi Stand F44. You can easily identify me by my Tourist Guide badge. The tour will conclude at the junction of Holland and Pierce Roads. We look forward to exploring this vibrant area with you!
