From there, we’ll embark on a charming 1.2km stroll along Canberra Road, exploring Bermuda Road, St John’s Road, Canada Road, and Durban Road.

As we amble through, immerse yourself in the Christmas spirit echoing from the early colonial era and marvel at the opulence of the Black and White Mansions that once defined the landscape. It’s astonishing that this slice of British Christmas charm resides right next to an HDB Estate!

Walk in the footsteps of history, up close and personal with stunning Black & White Mansions adorned in festive hues, complete with war bunkers, sharing tales of an era where elegance knew no bounds.

Canberra Road’s transformation tells a tale of time, with only a small original stretch remaining. But, once we step onto Bermuda Road, time seems to stand still, preserving the enchantment of the 1920s/1930s.

Surprisingly, this tranquil enclave is just a stone’s throw away from the lively Sembawang HDB estate. Our journey concludes at the infamous “The Strip,” known for its wild 1960s brawls and debauchery. Choose to hop on a bus back to Sembawang MRT or savour a sip at The Strip – a fitting end to our time-travel adventure!
